Q: What file formats do you accept for artwork?
A: We accept all standard image formats with a minimum of 300 DPI. For the best quality, we recommend vector files in AI or PDF format with outlined fonts.
Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: We're proud to offer low minimum quantities to accommodate orders of all sizes. Our standard minimums are 50 pieces for die-cut stickers. If you need a smaller quantity for a special project, please contact us as we can often accommodate custom requests.
Q: Are your stickers waterproof and durable?
A: Yes! Our stickers are made with premium US made vinyl material and are waterproof and weather-resistant, UV-resistant to prevent fading, scratch-resistant with a protective laminate, dishwasher safe making them perfect for water bottles and mugs, and rated for a minimum 5 years of outdoor use. Whether you're putting them on laptops, cars, water bottles, or outdoor signage, our stickers are built to last.
Q: Do you provide proofs before printing?
A: Of course! We provide a free digital proof for every order before we go to print. You'll receive a high-resolution preview of your design with exact dimensions and cut lines. You'll typically have 24 hours to respond to the proof with approval or changes, before we move forward with printing.
Q: How long does production take?
A: Standard production time is shipping within 2-3 business days of proof approval. Some sale items may have a longer production time depending on workload. If you have a specific deadline for your project, reach out to us beforehand to confirm delivery commitment.
